【概要】
シリーズ２１年目の特撮ヒロインシリーズ「時空警察」を代表作とする、畑澤和也監督が手がける新シリーズ！「時空警察ヴァージナル」。
＜オンライン朗読劇＞として始まった時空警察ヴァージナルは、《現代編》《過去編》《未来編》として３部作を、３ヶ月連続で新作書き下ろし。３月は《外伝》を配信します。

1993年、あなたは何をしていましたか？好きな人はいましたか…？
人生でやり直したいことは誰にでもある。やり遂げられなかった事、伝えられなかった想い…
もしその「瞬間」を変えられるとしたら…！？
2023年春。懸命にある装置に向かう初老の男。それは過去の歴史に介入出来る装置。
「どうしても君に伝えたいことがある！今度こそ…！」
一方、桜ケ丘第１女子高校の同窓会が行われている。30年前の生徒達が集まり、昔話や現在の自分たちの話をしている。話題は部長の山根亜美と顧問の神代恭一の話になる。
1993年、桜ケ丘第1女子高校の科学部部長、山根亜美は科学部顧問神代恭一に、その密かな想いを告げられないでいた。亜美は親友、葵にだけは気持ちを打ち明ける。神代は自分でも理解出来ない気持ちを恋人の羽佐間史桜里に相談する。
歴史通りなら、神代恭一が発明してしまう重力子爆弾「ノエルサンドレ」の暴発により、世界は桜ケ丘第１女子高校が消滅した後の未来としなかった未来に分岐してしまう。
「ノエルサンドレ」の秘密が当時人気のロックバンド「シェリー＆ジェッツ」のCDに書き込まれている事を知り、それを奪うために時空改変派組織クロミネンスたちが1993年に潜入した。
1993年には重要な歴史保護対象者山根亜美を見守るために時空警察から派遣された時空刑事サナ、レイ、アンが居た。さらに別次元の「時空警察ヴァージナル」から時空刑事キョウコとサポートドロイド・ゲンダインが派遣された。
微妙に食い違う二つの時空警察の時空刑事たちの使命。クロミネンス・ドードの本当の目的は何か？
亜美は神代に自分の気持ちを打ち明ける事が出来るのか？その「瞬間」神代は…？
食い違っていく同窓会での話題。歴史が変わってしまうと、彼女たちがそれぞれの家族達と過ごした時間も違うものになってしまうのか…？
